DESCRIPTION
An elegant setting - furnished in a Louis XVI style with pastel tones and floral bouquets - where you will sample a traditional cuisine which has been subtly reworked. The pink and blue decor in the restaurant is reflected in the limpid waters of an ornamental lake complete with its own waterfall. Beneath the whitewashed beams of the romantic decor Alain Bot will treat you to a wonderful meal: potted langoustine and crayfish tails with new season asparagus, ferra from Lake Geneva roasted in its skin, tian of suckling lamb from the Pyrenees, crispy rhubarb and raspberry meringue and superb ice-creams and sorbets made with seasonal fruits all year round. Speciality: potted langoustine and crayfish tails. Line-caught bass roasted with a leek fondue. Chocolate platter. Michelin star.
